Implementing Corporate Governance
The Company's Board of Directors should exercise the duty of care of a good manager to ensure the implementation of sustainable development. The Board should regularly review the effectiveness and continuous improvement of these practices to ensure the successful implementation of sustainable development policies. The Board's will implement the sustainable development in the following aspects:

Developing Environmental Sustainability
The Company adheres to environmental laws, regulations, and relevant international standards to protect the natural environment and is committed to environmental sustainability across all business activities. The Company focuses on enhancing resource utilization efficiency and utilizing recycled materials with minimal environmental impact to ensure the sustainable use of Earth's resources.

Our operating activities, including research and development, production, and service delivery, are guided by the following principles to minimize the environmental impact of our operations:

ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 System Audit Passed
The ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems are designed to prevent pollution, conserve energy, and continuously enhance environmental quality. Recognizing the importance of “employees” as key business partners, the ISO 45001 can ensure effective safety and health management, aimed at reducing occupational hazards and safeguarding employee well-being.
To align with ESG sustainable management indicators, the Company has successfully completed audits for both ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems and has obtained the corresponding certifications.
